CA32F01 series adopts 32-bit RISC core of high-performance ARM Cortexx®-M0, higher working frequency of 64Mhz, high-speed embedded FLASH memory (128kbytes larger for Flash and 16kbytes larger for SRAM), and widely integrates enhanced peripherals and I/O ports. Provide a variety of standard communication interfaces (one I2C, one SPI and three serial ports), two 12-bit ADC's, a timer with seven PWM's, two general timers with seven PWM's and a basic timer. CA32F01 series, working in the temperature range of -40 to +85℃, with a power supply voltage of 2.0V to 5.5V, has a set of power saving modes for low power consumption design.
