CA51F152S3A series chips are 8-bit microcontrollers based on 1T 8051 core, which not only retains the basic characteristics of the traditional 8051 chip, but also runs 10 times faster than the traditional 8051 chip and has better performance. The chip has built-in 16KB Flash program memory, which can be repeatedly programmed, and 768 bytes SRAM is convenient for customers to develop complex applications. It also integrates 14-channel 12-bit ADC, 14-channel Touch Key (without external capacitor), 16-bit PWM, I2C, 2-channel UART, SPI, RTC, 6Bit DAC, TMC, low voltage detection (LVD) and other functional modules. Support PWM, I2C, UART peripherals can be mapped to different pins, and also support three power-saving modes: IDLE, STOP and low-speed operation to adapt to applications with different power consumption requirements.
