The CA32F01 series adopts high-performance ARM Cortexx ®- The 32-bit RISC core of M0 has a higher operating frequency of 64MHz, high-speed embedded flash memory (128K bytes larger for FLASH and 16K bytes larger for SRAM), and widely integrates enhanced peripherals and I/O ports. Provide multiple standard communication interfaces (one I2C, one SPI, three serial ports), two 12 bit ADCs, one timer with 7-way PWM, two universal timers with 7-way PWM, and one basic timer. The CA32F01 series operates in the temperature range of -40 to+85 ℃, with a power supply voltage of 2.0V to 5.5V, and has a power-saving mode prepared for low-power design.
